Founder Christian Gustafson spent 20+ years leading technology strategy for corporate giants including Best Buy, Target, and UnitedHealth Group. He saw firsthand how coherent strategy could scale an organization.
But he also saw a gap. Non-profits, ministries, and care organizations were often left behind, struggling with “random acts of technology” that drained their budgets.
In 2022, Christian founded Unity Consulting to bridge that gap. We bring enterprise-grade discipline to organizations that are building for eternity.
